Word on the street, and by street I mean NPR, is that AT&T is sending gi-normous phone bills to folks that have purchased iPhones. In their defense, my AT&T bill, for a non-iPhone, usually runs about 20 pages. They give LOTS more information than you’ll need, presumably under the assumption that if you have it you won’t have to ask for it.

The way I see it, long phone bills basically boils down to this: less calls to customer service for billing questions equals less customer service support personnel equals less overhead equals higher profit.
