Hi! I'm David. And I'm incredible. A while back, during a compliment-gone-hilarious someone once told me that I was THE Incredible D-A-V. My guess is that Dave was the intended destination for that little name-game, but as I never liked the name Dave, Dav stuck.

Held-up in financing.

The hardest thing about buying a property is not the massive amounts of paperwork and contracts that you have to read. It’s the waiting. I’m waiting to receive a faxed contract so that I can sign it so that I can send it to my mortgage broker who is waiting to start the loan process so that we can assign an appraiser. The funny thing is that I can’t get an appraisal until the mortgage is started and I don’t know if the property will qualify for my mortgage until it is appraised. It’s a horrible game and I’m not enjoying it.
It’s not easy when everyone on the planet works on a different time-table than you do.
