  Hi! I'm David. And I'm incredible. A while back, during a compliment-gone-hilarious someone once told me that I was THE Incredible D-A-V. My guess is that Dave was the intended destination for that little name-game, but as I never liked the name Dave, Dav stuck.

  I'll write about all sorts of stuff in this blog, probably only 1/3 of it will be of any interest at any given time. Keep coming back...we'll see what we can find out about each other.

I just watched my mortgage application implode. The wheels didn’t just come off the wagon, they flew into the crowd crushing innocent spectators and their children to death.

Buying this condo has turned into a nightmare. I am supposed to close on Wednesday - a happy day - and instead get an email this morning with even more issues relating to financing. The closing may be delayed, which isn’t great since I’ve scheduled and paid for movers. But my bigger concern is that it isn’t too late for good ‘old Bank of America to come back and just say “nope. no financing, sorry.”

I just wanted a place to live and somewhere to call home. Instead I have unprecedented amounts of stress, hand cramps from signing my name, an astronomical phone bill, missing clumps of hair and movers with no place to move their moving.
