Hi! I'm David. And I'm incredible. A while back, during a compliment-gone-hilarious someone once told me that I was THE Incredible D-A-V. My guess is that Dave was the intended destination for that little name-game, but as I never liked the name Dave, Dav stuck.

10 o’clock this morning came and it went, and there was no closing on my new condo.
Monday I found out that, because of a small bit of pending legal action (read: a nuisance lawsuit) again the Home Owner’s Association at what should be my new condo, I can’t get final approval on my mortgage. Technically, I can’t get approval right this minute - it could take up to two months. I can’t think of a seller on the planet who would want to wait that long to hear back about the final approval.
There is a plan B that is currently playing itself out somewhere in an office at Bank of America, and we’ll have to see where it’s going.
